在九龍城的羊城酒家,可能是全區之中,歷史最悠久的酒家.門面殘破,內裏也好不了多少.今次來差不多已經早上十點,廚房同燒味檔正在準備中午的菜式,但點心仍然繼續出爐.我問阿姐:仲有咩點心呀?阿姐:蝦餃燒賣雞紮粉卷.....我:蝦餃同雞紮啦,仲有咩野盅頭飯呀?阿姐:排骨飯啦.我:好,就來一盅.聽罷阿姐即刻轉身去取點心,奉上蝦餃時,阿姐說:未有雞紮呀,盅頭飯未有呀.再不久,阿姐施展一記No look pass,放下一籠豬肚燒賣在我面前.阿姐:豬肚燒賣靚呀,食住先啦.哈哈哈,阿姐真係知我心意,之前在此吃過此味,覺得幾好吃.豬肚爽口,燒賣鬆化有肉汁.而蝦餃的澄皮很Sticky,蝦同豬肉均等,但吃落有點點霉.轉個頭,再奉上排骨飯,份量是大盅,我說:我要細就夠.阿姐:大盅仲蒸得靚.這個理論,我還是第一次聽,無非都係想收到我三數塊錢.排骨有肉汁,鳳爪也是如此,但今次吃的飯底,有點點過濕,今趟真是比阿姐"老點"了.

哈哈哈,阿姐真係知我心意,之前在此吃過此味,覺得幾好吃.豬肚爽口,燒賣鬆化有肉汁.而蝦餃的澄皮很Sticky,蝦同豬肉均等,但吃落有點點霉.

排骨有肉汁,鳳爪也是如此,但今次吃的飯底,有點點過濕,今趟真是比阿姐"老點"了.
