We booked Table of 8people on 27Dec 8pm in Pioneer Centre MongKok, the Booking was confirmed But they find no reserve record for our booking. We wait for 45 mins until we get in. Totally waste of our time.We have no service at all, 4 orders was missing, and the Hotpot should coming with free plate of Veg & Mushroom was missing as well. Fraud is totally not acceptable .Please be advise that we demand a better service for customer and get the improvement the soonest.
