喺香港講起食正宗小炒實會諗起南苑酒家呢個地方,佢係以獨特烹調方法聞名。餐廳位於元朗八鄉上村﹐裝修行傳統酒家格局,用膳舒適,係啱一大班人用膳嘅環境。雖然我係第一次嚟,但由於同行有常客,喺佢點菜之下就食到唔少招牌菜式。朋友話係佢心目中第一嘅港式小炒🔥有冷氣又闊落😍菜式都超高質有啲仲係原創同朋友聚會慶生係超級推介⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎元朗楊氏烏頭一端上枱就被呢道菜治癒咗,檸檬豉汁烏頭🐟大嚿魚肉一啖鮮嫩酸香味美!!!唔好俾表面平平無奇迷惑!!!尊嘟好好食!一啖就愛上咗!炭燒乳豬由呢幅無filter嘅相片已經睇到, 佢塊外皮極香脆之餘唔會太油膩, 肉同皮嘅比例相當好, 令你會有一嚿接一嚿咁食嘅衝動臘味炒芥蘭炒芥蘭,用臘腸炒,好香臘味個d味,應該每枱都會叫嘅炒菜。

由呢幅無filter嘅相片已經睇到, 佢塊外皮極香脆之餘唔會太油膩, 肉同皮嘅比例相當好, 令你會有一嚿接一嚿咁食嘅衝動
