The soft texture takes no force to cut into. We have let the cake out for 30 mins before we eat it. As soon as the knife ran through, the uncooked cake batter oozed out from the center of the cake.

Though the cake is a low-sugar verson, I still found it a bit too sweet to my liking as I am not a big fan of sweet stuff.

The found the cake was better eat cold. The melted part from the centre interestingly sweeter than the cooked part of the cake, while the brown top delivered a more char taste to the cake.

Honey Barley Water ($18)

The cake shop has recently launched a few drinks for you to go with your cake or just enjoy them on their own. We have picked probably the lightest one which is honey barley water. The water was not very sweet and it did have quite some amount of barley at the bottom. It was super refreshing and big in size for only $18!
