Finally there’s a decent and affordable restaurant at the Peak! Jin Ya Ju Noodle Bar originates from Shanghai, but its dishes come with a twist to fit a more “international” taste. We ordered a few snacks, a black truffle noodle and a pine crab with truffle pumpkin chicken noodle soup. Those cherry tomatoes are addictive, they are soaked in a plum sauce and taste sweet and slightly sour. Needless to say, the pumpkin soup is quite thick but just liquidy enough to go with the noodles, rich flavour

We ordered a few snacks, a black truffle noodle and a pine crab with truffle pumpkin chicken noodle soup. Those cherry tomatoes are addictive, they are soaked in a plum sauce and taste sweet and slightly sour. Needless to say, the pumpkin soup is quite thick but just liquidy enough to go with the noodles, rich flavours as well. On the other hand, the black truffle noodle is too salty for my liking, bit spicy but the sauce on the side is amazing.
