After that delicious noodle I had from Ganpachi, I have been on a noodle craving this week, I had Ajisen on sunday, but it was crap, so this time I went to another branch and got my regular Ajisen noodles.

The branch at Polam is interesting, small and cramped, but located openly, you can see and hear people in the mall, since there are no windows or walls segregating it.

Back to the food, the pork chop was a too dry, it seemed if it had been sliced then fried, the meat has been exposed to the oiled and dehydrated. The curry noodles was good, the curry soup was thin and salty, not thick at all.
The soft pork bone and rice was ok, the pork was nice and gelatinous.
