mostly is about canton & taiwan fusion foods : Noodle is their focus selling-point apart from their taiwan-style rice : so I try the noodle suppose their homemade style with high quality & combination with spicy pork-belly soup ~ as a noodle lover, taste is just right cos elastic even they provide various veg. side-dishes with it, moreover,spicy-pickle on each table : size is suitable for a lady when I already order a mix-appetizer when good presentation on a long-dish are: lotus-root with geen musturd, black-fugus, tofu, which is really a strong-favour starter for the meal nevertheless, one of their interesting veg. (deep fried flour simular to the texture of 油炸鬼) 奇脆酸齋 is below my expectation: texture is too hard while sauce is too thick with the artical-favour
beside the noodle, their bento minced pork-rice (taiwan style) so far so good: be honest , soy-sauce egg & bean-curd is a shadow only, the real matter is = it's not easily to catch the "soul" when the pork is too hard & not smoothly enough while compare with the real taiwan-bento ! even they use the pearl rice! ~ Hibiscus sabdariffa tea (洛神花茶) really nice & strong favour to reduce the fatty feel; it's not a bad choice at all when sunflowerting need a spacious dinning place with the music in the air
