Noodle place with good vegetarian selections

I was attracted to this place because there was peach tree gum on the menu but I had a feeling it wouldn’t be available because people don't really know what it is so they don’t order it and therefore it gets discontinued.They also had this sweet fig soup.Anyway, there is a good selection of vegetarian noodles and I went for the DIY choice and chose spicy broth with spinach noodles and bamboo piths.The broth was spicy but tasteless and the noodles were hard.I probably made a wrong choice but I w

 The broth was spicy but tasteless and the noodles were hard.
I probably made a wrong choice but I will come back again because the prices are quite reasonable and better than the crap served in Quarry Bay and Tai Koo.
