無敵夜景,美味晚餐,輕歌妙韻,對於比人祝福的那位相信一定滿足。人家生曰我被邀請之列,幸運之神眷顧,我都同樣滿足。整個維港景色在眼前,一道一道佳餚呈現眼前,觀感上無得輸。至於味道方面亦另人食指大動。各款餐前麵包已另人目不暇給,有三四種不同口味。我最欣賞那個黑墨墨的麵包,基乎不入鏡頭內,因悠和的燈光下只見漆黑一個。麵包質感軟綿回彈,入面是無花果餡,好正!還有餐前小食絕不馬夫。五毫子大的曲奇餅底,上面同樣大小的三文魚茸,有著濃郁的三文魚味,好想再encore 。另一款是青蘋果撻,細細件好可愛。撻皮酥化配合酸酸眯眯的青蘋果肉,勁開胃。香煎帶子,只見松露牛油和牛乳汁的泡泡蓋著,像尋寶一様翻出來。帶子嫰滑,火喉到家。不過什麼松露味,煙燻味,丁點都食唔出。鵝肝卷造型吸引。一層青蘋果片一層鵝肝,淋上了陳年意大利醋,味道好夾。醋和青蘋果片可減輕鵝肝的飽滯感。另裝飾了一個超萌來自法國的小蘋果,外圍舖滿脆脆粒,食得又睇得。煎大蝦可形容為鮮,爽,弾!伴菜的亞枝竹稍為失敗因有渣。茶味啫喱太另類了,跟煎蝦味道大為不同,起不了化學作用。係時候清一清味蕾,香檳柑肉雪葩另人為之一振,酸眯的味道,整個人當場醒了。掂呀!

終於到主菜的黑毛豬,份量適中。採用慢煮方法,熟裡透粉,還保持著肉汁味道。肉質軟熟好香。洋蔥配汁好夾,滋味!
