Meeting a friend to watch Pacific Rim, had time to kill and a belly to fill.Ordered a Mushroom Burger with a side of fries (okay fine, chips), and a mintchocchip milkshake. Fries were nice, very crunchy on the outside, but perhaps a bit too moist inside, also they weren't very salty. Personally I prefer salt, and fat, but if you think McDonalds is too salty, maybe give these a try since they're more lightly salted.
The burger was interesting, a bit disappointing. The beef was peppered and salted, so there was a bit of a black pepper taste to it. Personally I found the beef to be overly salty. The patty itself was also a little on the thin side. The bun was good, it was buttered, but not too much like Triple O's does theirs.
Overall: Would I go back? yes, because I did last week. It's right next to the cinema so its convenient. Their poutines are good, but I prefer NY Fries'.
