Monday dinner. Really love dining out on Monday, was surprised by very few people here. Last time I needed to wait for at least 1/2 hour to get a table. 1) Pork ramen in soy sauce with butter: 2 pieces of pork, thick but not soft enough. Texture of ramen was OK, I like the butter most. Butter melted in soup tasted so gd, still.2) Rice with eel: very disappointed. Rice overcooked, destroying the Jap rice. The egg slices were just decorating the dish, no flavour at all. Not as good as last time.
