To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I was invited by my colleagues to have lunch together. They brought me to this shop which I tried it long time ago. The shop is located downstairs, and I found it quite big down there. I ordered the beef ball and the fried bean sauce which were recommended by my dear colleagues


Having waited for around 5 minutes, there came the noodle
I felt tasty for the sauce with the noodle. It’s a little bit spicy but it’s appropriate for me to avoid being too light in the taste
however, the beef ball was awful. It’s not quite “beef”. That’s a bit disappointed. I only tried 1 piece out of 3 pieces it offered.

Anyway, that’s not expensive🤣
