I was highly recommended to come and try the local version of this Cheese tart that is originally from Japan which I had tried and and loved. my first impression was looked fine , but the proof is in the cake itself. my first bite was very dissapointing because there were no taste of cheese what so ever, not one part of it tasted of cheese at all, it was a combination of eating a half baked cheesecske without cheese and full of egg whites , that melted when broken into, even my wife thought it was dissapointing as there was no sour taste of cheese. I guess it was the cheaper version of cheese tart without the cheese and added extra extra egg whites that tasted more soufflé than anything I tasted before. but I guess for 12 dollars what you expect, but I wish there was more quality than quantity .

I would more recommend the real Japanese cheese tart if you want the real experience than any other cheese tart. but then again I know what real cream cheese tastes of and not a half baked raw cake mix with lots egg whites..
