My third trip and hoping it improves....unfortunately not...1. The kitchen staff started with Gloves, Face masks, Hair net/hat and relatively decent hygiene...now-none of the above and worst, staff dig into their noses, waiters stand outside having a smoke and staff are generally not of good hygiene standard. 2. Food? Very average, the pork rib/chicken feet rice is so badly presented that you usually get this in Mong Kok 's cheap restaurant...no ribs, pork had 40% fat and half a chicken feet....
