Pudding bread as becoming more and more popular and Paper Stone Bakery has its own version now.Their twist is caramelizing the top like a creme brule. However, this was their downfall.Actually the bread itself, the caramel and the filling inside was very good. However, the problem came from the burnt bread on the side. The burnt flavor was really strong and covered most of the other flavors. It also left quite a bitter aftertaste. You would have to make sure to peel off all the burnt parts befor
