To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. the environment is comfortable and chilled. It’s a very relaxing vibe and the staff are nice. We went for tea so we ordered two coffees and pancakes. PLOT TWISTThe menu had two options: hotcakes and fluffy pancakes. Since the name were describing two different foods. We ordered fluffly pancakes expecting Japanese soufflé pancakes similar to gram and flippers. The confusing part was, the fluffy pancakes arrived as hot cakes. The hot cakes were the fluffy pancakes? Haha this got me rather confused

Haha this got me rather confused.

Taste:
Despite our fluffy pancakes arriving not so fluffy but as hotcakes the taste wasn’t bad. It tasted rather good and importantly - hot. However the honey didn’t work well and was too overwhelming. It was too sweet and strong and the taste didn’t work well with the hotcakes. They could have considered maple syrup instead of honey.
