Chicken feet and pork rib rice - chicken feet just like the frozen quality I could get from Kaibo. The chicken feet had a deep-fried skin, so dry that could not attach to the tendons, and tasted very light. The pork ribs were okay, tenderized enough. The rice, too much water and too soft.

Beef balls - too much flour. Did not even want to finish one piece.

Siu Mai - no shrimp, just minced pork. Not enjoyable either.

It used to be really good and I wouldn't mind queuing outside and sitting closely with strangers because of the food quality. Nowadays they are no longer full, and the quality is worse than a takeout dim sum shop.
