Probably shouldn't order beef tendon from what looks to be a shrimp wonton specialist. But I was hungry and so gave it a shot. Price is an it high given portion and taste. They only serve egg noodle here, (i.e. no rice string, rice noodle etc). As with all other derivatives of Mak Un, portions are small (bowl was bigger here though).Beef tendons quite hard and not tender. Flavor was normal. Noodles were good and springy.Wouldn't recommend for beef tendon.
