Not good if this shop is from Japan

Learnt from news that this is a coffee shop from Japan. Curious to try if this is really a Japanese quality. Upon entering the store, the cashier and coffee maker are not in uniform or not in stylish dress. Want to order a cappuccino but they don’t have. Then order a latte instead. Latte is warm. Believe that they use cold milk. The taste is fine but portion is small. Weight of cup is very light and gives a cheap feeling. The seating is not comfortable. Will not come again.
