My friend A was telling treated me with a Custard Obanyaki ($13) today, because he really likes them. There is always a queue at this place, so I was amazed when there wasn't one when we ordered! Anyways, the staff were friendly and efficiently took our order and gave us our Obanyaki and thanked us for coming. This Custard Obanyaki was pretty good I must say. This Custard Obanyaki was pretty good I must say. The whole thing smelt of a strong custard smell, which was good. The texture of the dough was chewy, but good. Then, the custard inside was very creamy and flavourful. I liked this dessert, but it was quite heavy I have to admit.
Final Verdict: Now, I have tried all 3 of their most popular items, with the Matcha Ice Cream still being my favourite.
