We came in for a quick dinner on the CNY weekend. The place was almost empty, so it wasn't loud or uncomfortable. We had corn soup (the pumpkin soup was sold out), beef noodles, and chicken in soy sauce with rice and salad. We had iced lemon tea to drink.
The soup was rather bland and watery, and even the typical sweetness of corn seemed to be missing.
The noodles ($99) were also rather bland, and the portion small.
The chicken was very tasty and the portion quite large. From what we saw in neighboring tables, other dishes, like the burgers and the fish are also rather large.
Overall, the whole dining experience was nothing special. With exception of the chicken, food and drinks were just too bland.
I'm also not a fan of the whole no MSG thing, including their explanation inside the menu. Their right and their choice, but not convincing. Same as having to pay $10 for 'healthy water', whatever that means.
