Not impressive good and terrible service

Was here for the afternoon tea with friends. We were placed by a group who are making loud noises, the people were drunk at that table, bang the tables, broke a few glasses and purposely laugh and shout. It was totally disturbing and non of the waiter or waitress were trying to manage. There was a lady, I believe is the manager was continuing to serve them alcohol. When the afternoon set arrived, it was not served at a decent way. The forks are dirty. The food on the tea set was just normal

When the afternoon set arrived, it was not served at a decent way. The forks are dirty. The food on the tea set was just normal which does not worth this kind of price. The whole experience was terrible.
