I was in CWB and looking for something light and delicious. Happens to walk by this small coffee shop with cozy and warm decoration inside the area. Once we sit down, the waitress gave us the manual and introduce each items. Not everything here are sweet but there are Waffle bread sandwich as well. We were surprised they serve hot main dishes as well but no only dessert. He ordered a Salmon Salad with Waffle bread. The salmon came in a rose shape and the sauce matches the veggie. Next was the Mantou Waffle bun filled with barbecue pork and their homemade sauce. The bread was fluffy and the pork is in right proportion.
Lastly, indeed is the dessert. I ordered the almond waffle with banana cameral ice cream. Waffles were light and fluffy on the inside, crisp on the outside. The flavor was subtle and not too sweet. Wanna try the chocolate banana next time tho!
