Read in The Standard today that per lawmaker Elizabeth Quat Pui-fan the canteen is always full because the public can eat there. Went over today to eat there just to find out that it is not public and only those allowed to dine there are the legislators and their guests. I’m disappointed to see lawmakers lying to the press but I can’t really say I’m surprised…
