I was really excited to see Butcher's Club when we passed by Quarry Bay but we are really disappointed. I ordered the beef and pork burger. It wasn't bad: smelled good, the beef was juicy and the pork wasn't overpowering but it wasn't hot enough. The buns were cold. My mom had the deep fried chicken burger and she was extremely disappointed. The burger came without the blue cheese, the chicken was burnt, overcooked and very dry. I ordered the beef and pork burger. It wasn't bad: smelled good, the beef was juicy and the pork wasn't overpowering but it wasn't hot enough. The buns were cold. My mom had the deep fried chicken burger and she was extremely disappointed. The burger came without the blue cheese, the chicken was burnt, overcooked and very dry. She then tried adding Tabasco but it was very obvious that it wasn't the real stuff. It was very watery. Also, the buns had the smell of a dirty grill. My mom had a stomach ache some time after. I was fine.
We've had bigger, better burgers at Burgerman at half the price.
