First of all, we got tap water.Honestly, if the restaurant can afford to buy medals for "chefs" to wear around the restaurant , you might as well invest in a 40hkd tap water filter. so that it's not as obvious, that a place providing 400/person fine dining is not serving tap water. the prime ribs were acceptable , yes, but it was cold, probably cause of the for show trolley that's been pushed around since 6pm, and presentation of the plate ending with the "chef" carelessly slapping the mashed po

Honestly, in hong kong, you can pay 500 for something much more pleasing than lawry's.
why do you need to make the salad right in front of us anyways? I came here for food and not for a show. I'd go to teppanyaki if I was looking to be entertained.
