The food was acceptable but the service was not. 3 big no-nos: a) When we arrived, I asked the waiter if we could have a jar of water, because I was thirsty and didn’t want him to come back-and-forth to refill my cup. He heard it but completely ignored me... so I thought he didn’t understand me and I didn’t think much of it. After 5 minutes, he came back and told us there was a minimum of 1 drink per person. I said, oh how come? He said it was the restaurant’s policy and I said ok... and he proc

b) I ordered a hot chocolate and it was completely cold after 15 minutes because of the freezing air-con. I asked waiter if there’s a microwave to re-heat it and she looked at me point-blank and said, we don’t re-heat drinks... I’m like err, ok. It’s fine if they don’t have this service but the attitude was quite rude.
c) Lastly, there were many empty tables on a Thursday night and waiter asked us to leave at least 4 times because 1.5 hours is up and they had to clean the table. There were plenty of people still seated in the outside section of restaurant, so what is the rush? It was not even 9:45 pm...
Overall, I think the staff needs to brush up on their services.
