I have always loved the food and other products by marks and spencers, and this cafe has really let me down. First off, the coffee was way too sweet and they put the sugar in for you. The second disappointing thing was that the fries were soggy and cold. The fish tasted frozen, and the pasta was over cooked. The sauce was pretty good though. There is not a lot of staff members in the cafe, and the tables were not clean and have piles of leftover food and garbage on them.
