Tai Cheong Bakery is just a bakery known for egg tarts and their Japanese inspired cheesecakes. All of their shops are just bakeries but a few serve simple cha chaan teng style food. This branch along with the one at TKO serves simple dishes like fried egg with rice, sandwiches etc.Went here and had the fried egg with luncheon meat with curry sauce. When it came they forgot to give the curry sauce so requested for it.The curry sauce is evidently microwaved as the bowl is scorching and the surface

This branch along with the one at TKO serves simple dishes like fried egg with rice, sandwiches etc.
Went here and had the fried egg with luncheon meat with curry sauce.
When it came they forgot to give the curry sauce so requested for it.
The curry sauce is evidently microwaved as the bowl is scorching and the surface of the curry sauce has fine bubbles and and a solid layer.
What took the piss was the luncheon meat, the menu says THICKLY SLICED and how thick was it???!!!!
Apart from that, it was all delicious.
The lady suggested that curry sauce does not go well with it but it tasted much better than the thick saliva sweet soy sauce that was given.
Will be back if I am in the area again or possibly try the other restaurant branches.
