To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I ordered the boneless fish congee ($25) and looked around me. I haven't been to this new location since they moved. Now the shop is much bigger and brighter, and continue to do roaring business. My congee arrived. It taste....well, very plain. I remember it was more tasty back in the old days, and filled with fish. Now I can only find a few pieces. And I think they forgot to add the aged tangerine peel. And I feel thirsty afterwards. This had never happened before. So my conclusion is that it has become "Unreliable Congee".
