I\'ve visited this restaurant a couple of times and I have to say all were memorable. The service is cordial and efficient. The food is fresh and the portions are generous. And the boss does give away complimentary dishes from time to time.Their uni, toro, hamachi, botan shrimps, akagai are always delicious and fresh. Their sakis, though not exquisite, serve my appetite quite alright along with the sushis. It is somewhat unfair to compare it to the likes of Sushi Hiro, Koshu or Ten-Jaku (which

It is somewhat unfair to compare it to the likes of Sushi Hiro, Koshu or Ten-Jaku (which happen to my ultimate favorites). Kai Man is all in all a fine Hong Kong sushi restaurant giving its customers quality AND quantity for their money.
