To be honest, I was quite disappointed. For a total of $80, I expected something more. I had some high hopes for this place, given the ambience of the place, as well as the attractive array of cakes on display. The chocolate cake I ordered was delicious. The chocolate cake I ordered was delicious. It wasn’t spectacular, but as I had not had chocolate cake for a long time, I rather liked it.
On the other hand, the soy latte I ordered was too sour for my taste. It didn’t look appetising either. It reminded me of scum. This was definitely not a good cup of coffee, both in terms of taste and looks.
Perhaps it was an off-day for the place, but considering how there are many other great coffee shops just around the corner, this was not my most pleasant experience at a coffee shop in the area.
