having heard so many positive comments about this place I decided to give it a go. however to my disappointment this is not what I would call up to standard so I feel like I must write something to give a fairer perspective of the cafe.The packed seating plan of the cafe is deemed inappropriate - I could literally hear every single word the customers from the next table was saying. It was quite a nuissance, and I have more pity for those who were forced to 'dap toi' (two parties sharing a table)

The temperature in the cafe was also a huge problem. With like 20 people in the closed vicinity, I felt like I was in a greenhouse - I believe there was no air-conditioning! (or close to none if any) this is unacceptable.
The servers were nice in general, however they need to make sure they do the basic stuff right! My friend ordered the tea sandwich (there was a salad on the side) and was given no cutleries until we asked. was he supposed to eat with hands?
We ordered 4 items:
1. Hojicha Molten Cake - good. right level of sweetness but it didn't seem very 'molten'.
2. Tea Club Sandwich - OK.
3. Matcha Snow white - quite nice.
4. Matcha Sunrise - green tea with orange juice (?) a bit of a weird combination.
hmmmm. i don't think i will visit again.
