I would say I have certain expectation before visiting this place as this is one of the largest chain restaurant serving Vietnamese food in Hong Kong. Added to this, it's not rare to see people lining up outside this place during peak hours.Came here during a weekday lunch time. Ordered two mains with Snacks. Came here during a weekday lunch time. Ordered two mains with Snacks. The overall impression is that the food is being prepared without heart and in poor quality. Does not live up with its reputation or business size. You can see in the photo that the Soft Shell Crab was in bad shape. Mostly comprised of only frying powder, tasteless. Let alone the presence of crab meats. I was not expecting juicy soft shell crab but not to the point to such a sad looking one.

The Beef is also in bad shape. The beef is sticking together, obviously it's been prepared long ahead and being left for a while. The noodles are being sticked together too. How much passion would there be serving such dishes?
