TIRAMISU DARK CHERRY BREAD PUDDING - with ICE CREAM:A hybrid between a Bread Pudding (Warm) with Tiramisu (Cold). I actually could not anticipate how bad this dessert can taste like though. The Bread Pudding base was without any buttery taste and the texture was completely soggy. The Tiramisu on top had NO coffee nor liquor taste whatsoever, not only that, it had no Eggs taste at all. Yes there's Mascarpone but it wasn't good at all, beside, a Tiramisu isn't only dependent on the cheese.This

This is the no.1 most terribly tasting Tiramisu based, fusion dessert I've eaten in my life - nothing before and nothing after will ever come close again.... 同現實差離太遠了吧. Even the Vanilla Ice-Cream it came with was of a really poor quality.

CREPE MILLE-FEUILLE WITH DARK CHERRY:
This consist of thin crepe layers stacked on top of each other like Mille-Feuille, the crepes were most definitely pre-made. The cream within the thousand-layers wasn't made from fresh cream, it tasted like it was made from Evaporated milk and quite frankly a disaster. The Dark Cherries have not been soaked in Alcohol, but lacked the cherry taste too.

ME AND MY FRIEND WERE COMPLETELY 'O'晒咀, HOW COME SUCH A POOR DESSERT HOUSE HAS CUSTOMERS LINED UP, 2NDLY WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW A DESSERT CHEF WHO WAS TRAINED IN 2 FAMOUS HOTELS CAN MAKE SUCH LOW QUALITY DESSERT, THAT AREN'T EVEN FIT FOR EATING IN A CHEAPEST BUFFET.
