Pork salad with korean chili: This was thinly sliced pork in kimchi sauce with silky tofu beneath it.
I didn't eat this because I don't eat kimchi.
++++++++++
salmon tataki with pomelo miso: I really liked this because it was rolls of thinly sliced salmon in a delicious miso pomelo sauce with bits of onions and caviar on top.
++++++++++
7 kinds of assorted sashimi:
tuna, yellow tail, scallop, sweet shrimp, salmon and daily specials It was presented beautifully and the sashimi was fresh.
++++++++++
seafood in tea pot: There was quite a lot of soup in that tiny pot.
It had a strong whelk taste and you can add lime to it but personally I liked it without the lime because I loved the strong seafood taste.
After drinking the soup, you can take the lid off and eat the seafood inside the pot.
++++++++++
grilled tuna kama: Although this is pricey but it was divine because the fish was silky and chunky!!!
It needs to be ordered in advance though.
+++++++++++
tempura butterly sillago: The fish was silky and delicate.
+++++++++++
dried shredded squid tempura: This is basically dried squid (yau yu si) dipped in tempura and fried.
I found it a bit sweet and chewy for my liking but fans of dried squid will love this.
+++++++++++
shrimp paste tempura: The tempura was surprisingly good because prawn paste was really soft and springy and the colour was translucent wrapped in fragrant shiso leaf.
++++++
braised clams with sake: Flawless dish because the broth was really good and the clams were clean.
++++++
minced pork eggplant with crispy cod chips: This was quite different to how I thought it would be but in a better way because it was modern.
Basically you put the minced pork on the cod crackers to eat.
+++++++
There was sushi as well but I was too full for it.
tuna tataki with sesame: shrimp with wasabi sauce: tuna roll tempura with mentaiko sauce: ++++++
homemade cold noodle with sesame sauce: Basically it was spaghetti in sesame sauce which was different because spaghetti has quite a different texture compared to Japanese noodles.
++++++
