Nothing like the Japan branches

I am a super fan of 武藏, and had tried the different branches when I can. It’s been 1.5 years since came to this location. The service is friendly, but the food quality have dropped dramatically. Ok, it is not bad bad, but not the supreme quality of 武藏 in Japan. Too much watered down soup; noodles were ok cooked; pork is overcooked because it is pre-cut, and not like in Japan’s cut when ordered. It is obvious the pork is precut, because the marinated surface is thick. Just sad to see a good brand

It is obvious the pork is precut, because the marinated surface is thick. Just sad to see a good brand not up keeping the brand expectations.
