No need to wait because we have booked a table in advance.We have ordered quite a few dim sum dishes and one dish from the kitchen (fried milk).The fried milk was too thick, not silky smooth at all, I guess the chef has added too much starch in it.Beancurd skin rolls 鮮竹四寶素雞扎 were very ordinary, couldn't recall what the 4 treasures inside were .Rice rolls 腸粉 were terrible. The skin was as thick as my sole! I couldn't remember which flavour we ordered, anyway, there was not much filling inside!S

Steamed buns 三德素菜飽 and fried buns 生煎包: both were edible but I won't recommend them. Same as the rice rolls, The bun skin was very thick and there was not much filling inside. The steamed buns were a bit soggy as well.
We also ordered a few other dim sum but nothing memorable.
The service was not bad but the food was below average. I don't think I'll go back.
