This restaurant is one of the most popular Taiwanese restaurants in Hong Kong. We really loved its decoration and the vibe in the restaurant. The signature beef noodles contained three beef parts, briskets, tendons and tripes. The soup was not warm at all, which was quite disappointing. It was not too savoury. The flavour was a little bit bland. We could name a couple of Taiwanese restaurants, which serve much better beef soup. The beef parts were acceptably tender but not memorable at all. For the braised pork rice, the appearance was not attractive at all. We didn’t feel the cooks really cared about their food quality. Overall, I couldn’t find a single reason I would come here again. It’s definitely not worth the price we paid for the dinner.
