To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. The place was pretty packed on the day we visit, and I was like sweating by the time we arrived; so I decided to order something cold for a quick chill.❄
This double-boiled sweet soup contains lots of ingredients like sea coconut, tremella, pear, lotus seed and more. The combination was quite soothing and nourishing, and it's a fresh and fragrant sweet soup that we all need during the hot days.🤤

Had to get some greens when it comes to a wholesome meal!🤪 The organic vegetables were pretty fresh, couldn't resist a good old combination of veggies with soy sauce!🥦

I'm impressed with all the ingredients that they've put to make these nutritive soup; and this is the one that is perfect for vegans.👍🏻
It has double mushrooms, golden tremell, peach resin, red dates, bamboo pith and golden monk fruit.🥄 Quite palatable and I'm certain it's a wise pick for women as well.⭐

The yolk on the inside was literally the liquid gold. It was perfectly brined with a savory flavor; and with a flawless runny egg yolk!😋
