To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. OK 下午茶今日去麗城有探人,順便睇下麗城商場個環境,又真系所有民生需要都有,行完搵間餐廳食下午茶,意樂食得太多,於是搵旁邊哩間牛奶冰室,後來至知道同意樂系同一集團,難怪質量有一定保證雪菜肉絲炆米($43)4分- 雪菜吾鹹同份量都夠,系肉絲同所有餐廳一樣小得可憐,炆米味道甜中帶鹹,幾和味,又吾會太”淋”-熱檸檬水 哩個系最吾中意哩個集團的唯一地方,就系吾用真檸檬,而是用濃縮果汁加水。吾系哩個餐可以5分奶醬多($29)2分- 份量有三塊方包,比一般多,奶比較多但無乜練奶味,花生醬雖然需粗粒,但無花生香味,多士邊系脆但個心就勒,估計系整定一批翻丁,吾系就吾知道乜原因。
