To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ok好食，堅原裝茶餐廳feel

前兩日去中環做嘢，早早地12:00行過機利文新街搵嘢食，咁啱見到呢一間最多人食緊，咁咪即刻入去霸返個位。坐低睇吓個餐牌價錢，又幾實惠喎，咁就嗌咗杯凍奶茶少甜少冰，仲有一個芝士焗牛肉飯，好似都係收$55，幾抵食呀。啲飯用炒飯底焗，塊芝士焗落去唔錯，個汁都就幾好食嘅，我係覺得牛肉少咗啲，如果可以加返啲呢，咁就似樣。點解我話呢間茶餐廳呢好原裝呢？因為其實都坐得幾密嘅，咁通道又比較窄，最得意呢就係啲侍應，講晒粗口啊，所以好有feel呀！😆😆😆
