To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一碗高質素的魚蛋河,讓人垂涎三尺。魚蛋要符合四大要求,爽、彈、滑、鮮。河粉要細滑,容易入口。但不能太軟,過軟會散,難夾又缺口感。湯亦是主角之一,湯要香,用料要天然,頂多放鹽,大地魚粉等調味。湯不宜過濃。我走訪了全港的潮州麵店,試吃了兩間的魚蛋河。以下內容,本人會就以上標準評價一下。德昌魚蛋粉位於九龍城的福佬村道。格調亦影響食客的心情,德昌魚蛋粉店舖像港式茶餐廳多於粉麵店,欠缺麵店的感覺。這間店用的魚片是圓形的,亦相對厚身。本人比較喜愛方形魚片的口感。而魚蛋方面,第一下咬下來,覺得像一層膠包着魚蛋的核心,口感奇奇怪怪的。但魚蛋裡面的味道亦不錯。河粉太軟,一夾便斷了,變得整碗河粉散散的。魚湯則中規中矩,相比翠華餐廳的好喝。值得欣賞的是,餐廳堅持用冬菜作配料,但缺乾蒜茸。
