To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 即慶去大中華飯店, 唔係假期及假期前夕, 成8點幾差不多9點, 都仲有好多人等位. 同場加映, 有人自峙熟客, 要求打尖, 飯店亦因應佢要求俾佢打尖, 由於打尖嘅人係4個樣貌幾兇惡嘅男人同埋都係打算求其食餐飯, 我決定忍佢, 好彩唔係等太耐. 不過, 問過我地可唔可以係10:00pm 交檯, 因為晨曦 book 咗果間房. 當時係8點10個字, 食成個鐘, 實無問題喇.點知執檯執咗3、4個字, 呢度落單要自己手寫, 但執完檯又唔俾板我地寫.... 之後, 終於有啦, 又無人收落單個板喎. 於是自己攞出去. 我地寫咗:黑椒鐵板豬手 - 最快到, 黑椒汁都幾好味, 隻咸豬手就一般喇, 不過豬皮炆得幾淋, 好似好多骨膠原咁... 但鐵板唔係太熱, 好快就開始涷.椒鹽骨拼大腸 - 椒鹽骨唔椒鹽, 反而有藍乳味, 好食過椒鹽骨. 炸大腸炸得好食過泉章居. 可惜都係唔夠熱, 微暖. 而且碟頭十分細, 同餐牌上嘅相片差太遠, 見張相以為正常size, 點知mini版.腊味煲仔飯 - 頭兩個餸嚟咗好耐都未見到個飯, 都知即煲要等下, 但都無理由咁耐, 同阿姐講"個腊味煲仔飯好耐都

芥菜咸旦肉片湯 - 好大煲, 都ok, 不過肉片超韌.
9:56pm 有個阿姐攞張單嚟話唔好意思要埋單, 我地都係緊緊食完, 無得抖, 因為啲嘢上得慢. 即刻埋單走人.
