OK food, took 4 hours for the last dish to come

We had lunch here on Christmas day. There were 12 people in our party. The quality of the food was fine. However, the speed of the service was way slower than reasonable expectations - the last dish arrived 4 hours after our order. There were approximately 20 people in the restaurant. I guess 10 people is the max capacity the restaurant staffs could handle.
