To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說呢上次去食譚仔就發現佢已經轉咗用app落單，咁我download咗個app之後發覺有好幾張優惠券，所以我今次又嚟食。今次呢我就嗌咗一個一餸麵，之前嘅優惠券有一個呢就係送三隻土匪雞翼。一餸麵我就揀咗生菜，湯底我就揀咗清湯，米線我就揀咗硬身啲，你到嘅時候呢，碗麵真係超級多生菜，啲米線呢都好有咬口。土匪雞翼呢我就覺得好似比起其他分店呢相對冇咁入味嘅，但係都不過不失。另外我在嗌咗杯咖啡，都係普普通通餐廳嘅水平。夾埋埋我都只係用咗$46。
