Cha Siu Ramen. One of my favourite Japanese dishes. Well, good things first. The soup and the Japanese cha siu are quite tasty. Cha Siu is tender. Can tell the soup is full of essence of pig bone. The egg is also executed perfectly. As you can see from the photos it is half cooked. It is butterly soft with a strong egg taste. The noodles is also not bad. One of the downside is the soup too oil so can’t drink the soup as well. Overall not bad.
