my friend work in the similar organization in macau n wanna have a try of these kind of resturants for reference.from openrice comments, we ordered 1) a la carte - creamy chicken mushroom spaghetti -> we ordered it instead of angel hair, (always feel angel hair's like shanghai noodle). Spaghetti texture was just right, not overcook. a bit salty but can raise your appetite, if u get used to HK style 茶餐廳saltyness, you won't feel it salty. the cream sauce was ok sticky but a bit much kinda lik

1) a la carte - creamy chicken mushroom spaghetti
-> we ordered it instead of angel hair, (always feel angel hair's like shanghai noodle). Spaghetti texture was just right, not overcook. a bit salty but can raise your appetite, if u get used to HK style 茶餐廳saltyness, you won't feel it salty. the cream sauce was ok sticky but a bit much kinda like soup, however, the extra was just good for me to eat with the bbq pork leg.

2) set lunch - bbq pork leg served with fries
-> it was a bit salty too, if serve with rice, maybe better. but i like the fries, it was the thicker kind n freshly serve. the waitress was so well trained to gave us tomato sauce right after it's served!


3) chocolate Souffle 朱古力 "心太軟"
dessert +$15 additional from set lunch, totally low price with reasonable quality!
u can feel there is certain standard they require themselves, of course the "raw" chocolate was not in high concentration, but for such low price what's more u can ask for?

the enviroment is in between 茶餐廳 n western cafe, no need to rush for emptying the plate n give the seats!
