OK when Jamie's is full

Our group of friends decided to try La Locanda since Jamie's had a 30min waiting line. We've ordered some pizza, they were just OK and a bit cold, so was the table service.It's an OK option when Jamie's is packed, but probably not worth going again. Service needs to be more friendly and welcoming.
