It is a pretty famous shop in yuen long.Last week, I occasionally passed by this shop and I was a little bit hungry that time, I sat down and ordered some food. It was a small shop with less than 10 seats only.It was the famous egg and eel sandwich. The eggs were very smooth and well-cooked. However, there were too much mayonnaise that we cannot feel the taste of eel fully. I recommend more eel can be added and less mayonnaise can be applied to make it taste better. Overall, it was okay.
